Terms of Use

By accessing C&HNN or submitting content, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of content

News headlines come from a licensed news API (Mediastack) and Google News and link to their original publishers. Press releases are provided by the organizations they concern, are clearly labeled “Press Release”, and do not represent the endorsement or editorial opinion of C&HNN. The issuing organization is responsible for the content of its release.

Submissions

By submitting content you warrant that you have the right to publish it, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may review, edit, decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&HNN is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, content published here, including third-party press releases and linked news.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
